Ordering & Payment

All dahlia buckets can be ordered and paid for directly through our website- quick, simple and secure. Please note we no longer accept cash or payment on collection (we're keeping things easy and streamlined online).

Pre-Ordering

Can’t find any buckets listed online, or planning ahead for a future event? No problem! Just send Belinda an SMS on 0423 210 417. This is the best way to ensure I don’t miss your message, as chasing enquiries across multiple social media platforms can be messy and time-consuming.

Please allow 24-48 hours notice so we can prepare your order, All orders are subject to seasonal availability- we only pick the prettiest and freshest flowers for you!

Collection & Freshness

Your dahlias are picked fresh to order, so they're at their absolute best when you you collect them the same day.

If needed, we can hold your flowers until the following day. Again, please let Belinda know by SMS if you are unable to collect on the day ordered.

Buckets will be waiting undercover by our front door, clearly labelled with your name- ready for a quick, easy gran-and-go pickup.

Refunds & Returns

Because each dahlia bucket is prepared especially for you, all sales are non-refundable.

If you can't collect in person, you're welcome to send a friend or family member to pick up on your behalf.

Empty buckets can be returned to the flower stall (if open) or left behind our mailbox when closed.
